Yet again I was hacked. This time it resulted in 3 accounts account and 1 of them being banned permanently. I do believe this is the end of my time in World of Warcraft. I don't like the fact that a hacker can break into my account and then I get banned for anything he/she may do on that account. Especially after paying for wow and expansions and character xfers every month for the last 4 years. It's heartbreaking and wallet breaking.
I've done everything I can to protect my accounts. I even ordered the little Blizzard Authenticators. What good do they do? How about none.
What makes all of this worse is the fact that this account banning happened 30 minutes after I called and talk to customer service to report the account hack and change all appropriate necessary things to insure account security.
