Gamemonger - September 2006

No doubt about it. We just love Destroy All Humans. If you've finished the game, then chances are, you're aware of the ending's hint of a sequel.

If you've been keeping track the news, Destroy All Humans 2 was announced last April, and it will be set in the swinging 60s this time around. The Cold War, hippies, aliens, spies, and ninjas are a dynamite combination

Final Fantasy is overrated

Flame bait? Not at all. Am I trying to be cool? Whatever for? I’m a journalist, and I’m self-assured. If I let every comment about what I say get to me, then I shouldn’t be in this line of work.

People say it has become “cool” to hate Final Fantasy in the Internet, and you might think I’m just jumping at the bandwagon

Devil May Cry 4 to pull a Raiden?

Hideo Kojima may have learned his lesson the hard way in Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty, but apparently, Devil May Cry 4’s director Hideaki Itsuno and producer Hiroyuki Kobayashi haven’t realized it yet.

GameSpot reported that Dante, the series’ popular protagonist, is being replaced in the upcoming installment. According GameSpot, Dante won't be the lead character in part four because he has “peaked out” in the last game, and the introduction of Nero, the new central character, “levels the playing field for veterans and new players
